- Full P&L ownership for a significant business unit, strategic business partnering with a Divisional CEO, managing all finance operations for that division, and driving growth initiatives. This proves you can run a 'mini-CFO' role.

- Successfully managed a divisional P&L of £50M+.
- Led financial due diligence and integration for a divisional acquisition.
- Consistently identified and delivered significant cost efficiencies or revenue growth initiatives.
- Built strong relationships with operational leadership, seen as a true business partner.

You'll need to demonstrate impeccable technical accounting skills and a robust understanding of regulatory compliance. This path focuses on the 'control' aspect of finance.
