2-4 years in a dedicated design roleSkills to master

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking projects.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.

3-5 years in an analytical role, plus dedicated self-study/training in design thinkingSkills to master

- Has actively sought out and completed design thinking training/certifications.
- Can demonstrate personal projects or initiatives applying design thinking.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a genuine passion for user empathy.
- Proven ability to learn and apply new methodologies quickly.
