- Successfully delivered 3+ complex projects end-to-end, meeting or exceeding objectives.
- Received consistent positive feedback from project sponsors and functional leads.
- Actively mentored junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Identified and proposed improvements to our project management methodologies.

5-7 years post-MBA or 8-10 years post-undergradSkills to master
- Structuring ambiguous problems, developing robust business cases, leading client engagements, managing project teams, and presenting to senior executives.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple workstreams or full projects for diverse clients, delivering measurable impact.
- Consistently rated highly for analytical rigour, client management, and communication.
- Experience managing engagement teams and developing junior consultants.
- Comfortable with hypothesis-driven problem solving and rapid iteration.

Head of PMO / Senior Programme Manager (Other Industry)
8-12 years experience in a similar industry or fast-paced environmentSkills to master
- Managing large-scale programmes with multiple interdependent projects, portfolio-level risk management, resource allocation across projects, and executive reporting.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed programmes with budgets of £500K+ and multiple direct reports.
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget in a dynamic environment.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Demonstrated ability to build and mature programme management capabilities within an organisation.
