- Proven ability to navigate complex organisational politics and secure resources for social impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the field through presentations or publications.

Head of Community Engagement (Large Non-Profit/NGO)
7-10 years at this level before DirectorSkills to master
- Deep understanding of community needs and dynamics, extensive experience in partnership brokering and programme delivery, managing external funding relationships, advocating for social change at a policy level, managing diverse field teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully secured and managed significant grants or funding partnerships (£1M+).
- Led large-scale community development programmes with demonstrable, long-term impact.
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with diverse community groups and local government.
- Experience translating complex social issues into actionable programmes and policy recommendations.

ESG Consultant (Senior/Principal Level)
6-9 years at this level before DirectorSkills to master
- Expertise in ESG strategy development, materiality assessments, reporting frameworks (GRI/SASB), stakeholder engagement best practices, advising C-suite clients on sustainability issues, project management for complex engagements.

- Successfully led multiple ESG strategy engagements for large corporate clients.
