5-10 years as a senior consultant, leading major transformation projectsSkills to master
- Translating strategic advice into actionable implementation plans, managing complex client engagements, and building strong relationships with executive stakeholders. You'll need to demonstrate you can 'do' as well as 'advise'.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple successful CQS transformation programmes for large, complex organisations.
- Developed deep expertise in a specific niche of CQS relevant to our industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers beyond just compliance.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, even in a project-based environment.
