4-6 years as a Lead Transformation Manager or Programme Manager within a large corporate, having delivered several significant change initiatives.Skills to master

You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a complex programme with multiple interdependent projects.
- Proven ability to influence senior internal stakeholders without direct authority.
- Recognised internally as a 'go-to' person for complex change challenges.

Head of Strategy / Business Unit Operations (from industry)
10-15 years in a senior operational or strategic role within a specific industry, with a strong focus on driving change and improvement.Skills to master
- Deep domain expertise, P&L responsibility, operational leadership, and a proven ability to translate strategic vision into operational reality. You'll bring a 'real-world' perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a significant operational function with demonstrable improvements in efficiency or performance.
- Led major change initiatives within your business unit, delivering clear business outcomes.
