You're ready to move on when
- Successfully transformed a global procurement function, delivering significant, verifiable savings.
- Built and led a high-performing, geographically dispersed procurement team.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex global supply chain risks and compliance.
- Regularly presented strategic sourcing initiatives to the C-suite and Board.

Typically 4-6 years leading a large shared services organisation, either captive or hybrid, with significant operational and P&L responsibility.Skills to master
- End-to-end process ownership for multiple business functions (e.g., Finance, HR, IT), operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) at scale, change management for large employee populations, and deep understanding of service delivery models (both internal and external).

- Managed a large team (100+ people) across multiple functions and locations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process standardisation and automation within a GBS model.

Around 5-8 years at a senior level in a leading BPO advisory firm, working with multiple clients on their outsourcing strategies and transformations.Skills to master
- Client relationship management at the C-suite level, deep expertise in BPO market trends and vendor capabilities, complex programme management for large-scale transformations, and a proven ability to develop and sell strategic solutions.

- Led multiple successful enterprise-level outsourcing strategy engagements for major clients.
- Developed and maintained a strong network within the BPO industry.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or industry speaking engagements.
