- The centre assesses, and ETC Awards Limited awards. A qualified assessor at the centre judges your evidence, and the certificate comes from ETC Awards Limited.
This Level 1 Award introduces learners to the express logistics sector. It covers express sortation hubs, health and safety responsibilities, and express delivery services, preparing individuals for potential employment in transportation operations.

- Understand the importance of health, safety and security for self, colleagues and customers during deliveries
- Plan delivery routes and track progress against a pre-defined schedule
- Deliver goods safely to customer premises, including loading and unloading goods in a way that ensures their safety and condition, and that correctly relates to the delivery schedule
