- Can confidently run standard LMS reports and manage user data.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding broader HR processes, employee lifecycle management, data privacy regulations, and cross-functional collaboration within HR. This gives you a great foundation for L&D.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Handles confidential employee data with discretion and accuracy.
- Is comfortable with HRIS systems and can generate basic reports.
- Shows a keen interest in employee development and learning initiatives.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, managing complex calendars, coordinating events, and supporting senior stakeholders. These are highly transferable skills for L&D.

- Successfully managed complex event logistics (e.g., company meetings, conferences).
- Proactively anticipates needs and solves problems for senior leaders.
- Has a strong track record of meticulous planning and execution.
