7-10 years as a Senior EngineerSkills to master
- Deep technical specialisation in several NoSQL technologies, leading full workstreams, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll have a strong track record of independent delivery and problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- Owned the end-to-end delivery of a critical NoSQL project or workstream.
- Consistently delivered high-quality, performant, and reliable NoSQL solutions.
- Actively mentored 1-2 junior engineers, helping them grow their technical skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills for non-routine NoSQL issues.

Coming from a similar lead architect role in another large, complex organisation (12+ years experience).Skills to master
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed database systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of driving technical strategy.

- Successfully led architectural design for critical data platforms in a previous role.
- Managed significant cloud budgets and driven cost optimisation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
