You're ready to move on when
- You consistently deliver accurate and insightful talent reports without significant oversight.
- You're the go-to person for HRBPs on routine talent questions.
- You've successfully managed at least two full talent review cycles for a business unit.
- You're proactively identifying areas for process improvement.

HR Business Partner (Generalist)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Developing a broad understanding of all HR functions, building strong stakeholder management skills with business leaders, and gaining experience in employee relations and change management.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully supported a business unit as an HRBP, handling a range of HR issues.
- You're comfortable advising leaders on people issues, including performance and development.
- You've demonstrated a keen interest in talent strategy and succession planning within your HRBP role.

Organisational Development Consultant (External/Internal)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in organisational design, change management, and leadership development methodologies. Strong client-facing and consulting skills.

- You've successfully led or contributed to significant OD projects (e.g., culture change, team effectiveness).
- You can diagnose organisational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- You have a strong understanding of how talent strategy links to broader organisational effectiveness.
