You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led a major global social impact initiative from conception to measurable outcome.
- Consistently achieved top-tier ESG ratings for previous organisations.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and secure significant budget allocations for impact programmes.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the public domain (e.g., published articles, keynote speeches).

You're ready to move on when
- Successfully implemented a company-wide net-zero strategy or significant emissions reduction targets.
- Extensive experience with TCFD, SASB, and other environmental reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to integrate sustainability into product design and operational processes.

10-15+ years in consulting, with significant experience advising C-suite clients on ESG strategy.Skills to master
