- You've successfully led multiple workstreams or small projects end-to-end.
- You're comfortable presenting findings and recommendations directly to client managers or directors.
- You've gained exposure to various industries or strategic problems.

3-6 years as an Analyst/AssociateSkills to master
- Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, synergy analysis, market research, deal structuring.
You're ready to move on when
- You've built complex financial models for potential acquisitions or investments.
- You've contributed significantly to the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions.
- You understand the full lifecycle of a corporate development project.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Commercial Finance
4-7 years as a Senior Analyst/ManagerSkills to master
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business partnering, financial modelling, understanding of P&L drivers.
You're ready to move on when
- You've moved beyond just reporting numbers to providing strategic insights to business leaders.
- You've built and owned significant parts of the annual budget or long-range forecasts.
- You're comfortable challenging assumptions and driving financial rigour.
