5-7 years in a similar Director-level roleSkills to master
- Adapting strategic alliance expertise to the unique dynamics of event and experiential marketing, quickly understanding our global event portfolio, and integrating into our company culture.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of building and managing multi-million-pound strategic partnerships in a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, global teams and managing significant P&L.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and brand landscape, even if not directly in events.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- A clear vision for how to leverage events for strategic partnerships.
