- Owned a full P&L for a business unit or company.
- Successfully led a company through a significant growth phase (e.g., Series B to IPO).
- Managed investor expectations and communications.
- Built and scaled multiple functions (e.g., marketing, sales, partnerships).
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic, enterprise-wide level.
