- Successfully led at least 3-5 major quality improvement projects with demonstrable ROI.
- Consistently sought out for technical advice by peers and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proven capability to identify systemic issues and propose strategic preventative solutions.

Quality Manager (from smaller organisation)
5-8 years in a Quality Manager role at a smaller companySkills to master
- Managing a full quality system, leading a small team, handling customer and regulatory audits, and driving overall site quality performance. You'll need to scale up your thinking for our global scope.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience managing a team of 3+ quality professionals.
- Direct accountability for site-level quality metrics and audit outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain an ISO 9001-compliant QMS.
- Proven track record of improving quality performance and reducing COPQ.

Operations/Manufacturing Engineer (with Quality Specialisation)
8-10 years in Operations/Manufacturing Engineering, with a strong focus on process qualitySkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimisation, equipment validation, and a strong track record of applying quality principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve production efficiency and reduce defects.
You're ready to move on when
- Led projects that significantly improved manufacturing yield or reduced scrap rates.
- Deep hands-on experience with production equipment and process controls.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Quality teams to resolve production issues.
