- Understanding of learning processes, basic content creation, strong organisational skills, stakeholder support.

- Demonstrated interest in learning design through side projects or internal initiatives.
- Excellent track record in previous role for accuracy and reliability.
- Clear understanding of our internal learning ecosystem and learner needs.
