- Independently running experiments, synthesising user feedback, basic prototyping, and clear communication of findings. You'd be owning components of larger projects.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers high-quality experiment results and insights.
- Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions within their scope.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of Lean Startup and Design Thinking principles in practice.
- Has successfully led 2-3 smaller, self-contained innovation experiments from start to finish.

Product Manager (Discovery Focused)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep customer empathy, hypothesis-driven product development, A/B testing, and stakeholder management. You'd be used to figuring out what to build, not just how to build it.
You're ready to move on when
- A strong portfolio of products or features launched that addressed a clear customer need.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements.
- Experience managing product backlogs focused on learning and validation.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration with engineering and design teams.

UX Researcher / Designer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Advanced user research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. You'd be bringing a deep understanding of user behaviour and how to design for it.
You're ready to move on when
- Expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading user testing sessions and iterating designs based on feedback.
- Ability to articulate user needs and design rationale clearly to non-designers.
