2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Managing multiple HR processes (e.g., onboarding, benefits admin), handling employee queries, improving communication skills, and beginning to troubleshoot minor system issues.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully manages end-to-end onboarding for a high volume of new hires.
- Resolves a wide range of employee queries independently and effectively.
- Takes initiative to improve small parts of existing HR processes.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration with other HR team members.

Junior HRIS Analyst

- Developing deeper HRIS knowledge, running custom reports, understanding data structures, and supporting system updates or enhancements.

- Can build basic custom reports in the HRIS.
- Successfully assists with UAT for system updates.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of HRIS data architecture.
- Proactively suggests ways to use the HRIS more effectively.
