- Independently resolving most routine data issues without escalation.
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning new system features.
- Volunteering to help with more complex data tasks or projects.

2 - 3 yearsSkills to master
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple HR administrative tasks (onboarding, benefits, leave), and gaining exposure to various HR systems and data types.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent track record in administrative accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated interest in the 'data' side of HR, often volunteering for reporting tasks.
- Proactively identifying ways to improve administrative processes through better data management.
- Showing a keen eye for detail in all administrative tasks.

Junior Data Analyst (Non-HR)
2 - 4 yearsSkills to master
- Strong Excel skills, basic SQL or other data manipulation tools, understanding of data cleansing and reporting, and a foundational grasp of data principles.

- Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- A clear interest in applying data skills specifically within the HR domain.
