- Deep product knowledge, advanced customer problem-solving, informal mentorship of new joiners, consistent achievement of individual sales/referral targets.
You're ready to move on when
- You're the 'go-to' person for complex customer queries among your peers.
- You consistently exceed your individual sales/referral targets.
- You've informally trained new Personal Bankers and enjoy doing it.
- You actively seek out opportunities to take on more responsibility beyond your core duties.

Lead Teller / Customer Service Supervisor
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Operational efficiency, cash management, managing a small team of Tellers, daily reconciliation, strong adherence to security protocols.
You're ready to move on when
- You're responsible for balancing the vault and managing daily cash flow.
- You regularly open and close the branch, ensuring all security checks are done.
- You've handled and resolved significant cash discrepancies or operational errors.
- You've been the acting supervisor when the Assistant Branch Manager is away.
