- Client relationship management, translating client briefs into actionable event plans, managing multiple projects concurrently, and a strong understanding of diverse event types and production requirements. Agency life often means you've seen it all.

- Managed a portfolio of client events with budgets over £100K.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver against complex briefs.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with high-pressure, fast-turnaround environments.

6-9 years in marketing, with 3+ years directly managing eventsSkills to master
- Understanding brand strategy, integrating events into a broader marketing mix, measuring marketing ROI, and managing cross-functional marketing campaigns. You'll need to show you can think beyond just the event itself.

- Successfully executed marketing campaigns where events played a central role.
- Demonstrated ability to align event objectives with overall marketing and business goals.
