- You're comfortable with basic office software and can pick up new tools quickly.

- Customer service, on-site event setup, understanding BEOs, guest relations, problem-solving in a live environment. You've seen events from the venue side.

- You've worked directly with clients or guests in a service capacity.
- You understand the fast-paced, demanding nature of live events.
- You can handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.

6 months - 1 yearSkills to master
- Basic marketing principles, content creation support, social media scheduling, email marketing platforms, understanding campaign objectives. You've got a feel for the marketing side.
You're ready to move on when
- You've supported marketing campaigns and understand the basics of getting a message out.
- You're familiar with marketing tools and can quickly learn new ones.
- You're keen to specialise in the event aspect of marketing.
