- Developed and mentored at least 2-3 direct reports into more senior leadership roles.
- Presented strategic proposals to executive leadership with demonstrable impact.

7-10 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, user experience (UX) design, technical architecture, and market analysis. You'd need to bridge the gap between customer needs and product delivery, focusing on how product design impacts CX.

- Consistently provided valuable customer insights that directly influenced product roadmap decisions.
- Successfully collaborated with Product teams on several major feature releases, ensuring a positive customer impact.
