4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep operational excellence, large-scale team management (25-50+), budget control, and a strong understanding of the levers that drive efficiency and quality in customer service delivery. You'd need to layer strategic thinking on top of your operational prowess.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a large operational team (25+) with strong performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR, AHT).
- Demonstrated significant cost efficiencies or quality improvements in a customer service operation.
- Successfully led a major operational transformation project (e.g., new contact centre technology rollout).
- Developed a clear understanding of how operational decisions impact strategic customer outcomes.
