- You've successfully managed the end-to-end WFM for a significant line of business or channel.
- You've mentored junior WFM analysts and helped them develop their skills.
- You've led at least one major WFM-related project, like implementing a new forecasting methodology.
- You're the go-to person for complex WFM challenges and can confidently make staffing recommendations.

4-6 years in an operations or process improvement roleSkills to master
- Process mapping, root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and change management. Ability to identify inefficiencies and design effective solutions.

- You've successfully led multiple process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable results (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains).
- You're skilled at influencing operational teams to adopt new ways of working.
