You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led complex incident investigations in previous roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective safety or quality controls.
- Strong track record of influencing operational teams to adopt new practices.
- Quickly grasps our organisational context and key risk drivers.

3-4 years (with additional risk training)Skills to master
