- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to systemic issues.
- Taken on informal leadership roles within project teams.

Coming from a similar managerial role elsewhere (e.g., EHS Manager, Product Stewardship Lead)Skills to master

- Experience in a relevant industry sector (e.g., manufacturing, electronics).
