- Grant writing and management, beneficiary engagement, programme delivery, basic fundraising, reporting to funders, volunteer management.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed 2-3 programmes from start to finish within a non-profit.
- Experience working with corporate partners or funders.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in community development.
- Ability to articulate programme impact with data and stories.

Junior CSR Analyst / Specialist
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- CSR strategy basics, ESG reporting frameworks, data analysis for sustainability, stakeholder engagement principles, internal communications for CSR.

- Contributed to corporate sustainability reports or initiatives.
- Experience analysing data related to social or environmental impact.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal departments.
- Clear understanding of the business case for CSR.
