- Translating operational knowledge into structured requirements, understanding project methodologies, developing a 'solutions mindset' beyond just 'fixing' things.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of at least one internal business process.
- Successfully completing small, self-initiated process improvement projects in your previous role.
- Showing a clear aptitude for learning new software and systems quickly.
- Strong references from your previous manager highlighting your initiative and problem-solving.
