2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Deep knowledge of a specific business application (e.g., Salesforce admin, ServiceNow support), troubleshooting, and understanding user pain points. You'd be coming from a more operational, hands-on role.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to solve complex user problems and identify root causes within an application.
- Configured advanced features or workflows within a specific platform.
- Shows initiative in proposing system improvements beyond just fixing issues.
