- Understanding call flows, common customer issues, agent behaviours, and the direct impact of operational metrics (AHT, FCR) on daily work. You'll know the 'shop floor' reality.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently meeting individual performance targets (e.g., CSAT, AHT).
- Showing curiosity about 'why' certain processes exist or why metrics are tracked.
- Volunteering for tasks that involve data or reporting, even if basic.

Data Entry / Administrative Assistant
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, basic spreadsheet skills (Excel), and an understanding of data integrity. You'll be used to working with large datasets.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrating high accuracy in data entry or administrative tasks.
- Proactively identifying errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Taking initiative to organise and improve data collection processes.

Operations Support / Coordinator
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding daily operational rhythms, scheduling, resource allocation challenges, and the various systems used in a BPO environment. You'll have seen the practical side of things.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully supporting operational teams with scheduling or resource tasks.
- Showing interest in the underlying performance metrics that drive operational decisions.
- Being the go-to person for specific data look-ups or report generation.
