- Proven ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and manage a P&L of £500K+.

5-8 years in a similar senior operational leadership roleSkills to master

- Managed large-scale BPO operations (500+ FTEs) across multiple clients or geographies.

15-20 years in top-tier consulting, with 5+ years as a Partner/PrincipalSkills to master
- Translating strategic recommendations into practical, implementable solutions within a corporate environment. You'd need to demonstrate sustained leadership of large transformation programmes and a deep understanding of BPO client challenges.

- Led 5+ major operational transformation engagements for BPO clients.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing consulting teams.
- Strong client relationship management at the executive level.
