- Understanding of warehouse operations, goods-in/goods-out processes, practical experience with loading/unloading.

- Demonstrated understanding of the physical flow of goods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
- Interest in the administrative and planning side of logistics.
