You're ready to move on when
- Successfully advised on and implemented significant organisational changes within a business unit.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills in diagnosing people-related issues.
- Proven ability to influence senior business leaders on talent and cultural matters.
- Actively sought out and led projects focused on cultural improvement or employee experience.
