You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering complex APIs with minimal defects and high test coverage.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for architectural improvements or technical debt.
- Regularly providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Successfully leading technical discussions with cross-functional teams.

From Senior Integration Engineer (other platforms)
5-7 years as a Senior Integration Engineer, plus 1-2 years focused on MuleSoftSkills to master
- Deepening MuleSoft-specific expertise (DataWeave, Anypoint Platform features), adapting architectural principles to the API-led model, and understanding the nuances of MuleSoft's deployment and governance. You'll need to demonstrate your ability to pick up a new platform quickly and become a leader on it.
You're ready to move on when
- Holding MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 2.
- Demonstrable experience translating integration patterns from other platforms to MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and its application.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex MuleSoft-specific issues.
