Senior Facilities Engineer / Lab Operations Lead (L3)

- Becoming the site expert on critical utility systems, leading small projects, and informally mentoring junior staff. You'd be deep in the technical weeds, solving complex problems.
You're ready to move on when
- Recognised as the technical authority for critical systems (e.g., BMS, HVAC).
- Successful completion of multiple small to medium-sized facilities projects.
- Positive feedback from junior colleagues on your mentorship.
- Proactive identification and resolution of complex operational issues.
