5-7 years as a Lead/Staff EngineerSkills to master
- Deep technical expertise in multiple prototyping disciplines, leading complex R&D projects, and influencing technical strategy across departments.
You're ready to move on when
- Architected and delivered multiple critical, multi-system prototypes for major R&D programmes.
- Mentored and guided a team of 5-8 engineers, providing technical leadership.
- Successfully influenced product design decisions based on prototyping insights.
- Developed and implemented significant process improvements that accelerated R&D cycles.
