5-10 years as CPO/Head of Product before CIOSkills to master
- Product vision and strategy, market analysis, P&L for a major product line, building and leading large product organisations, deep customer empathy, commercialisation expertise.
You're ready to move on when
- Owned a product portfolio generating £50M+ in revenue.
- Successfully driven product-led growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated strong strategic thinking beyond incremental product improvements.
- Built and led high-performing product management and design teams.

5-8 years as Head of Strategy/CSO before CIOSkills to master
