- Adapting to an internal corporate environment (less project-based, more long-term impact and internal politics). Building internal credibility and a deep understanding of our specific business context. Shifting from advisory to direct ownership and team management.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven experience at a 'Manager' or 'Senior Manager' level in a top-tier consulting firm, leading operational excellence engagements.
- Strong track record of client relationship management and delivering measurable results.

Head of Operations / Business Unit Leader to Principal, Process Excellence (L5)

- Leveraging deep operational experience to drive process excellence. Formalising process improvement methodologies and building a dedicated function. Shifting from managing a P&L through direct operations to managing it through process optimisation.

- Successfully managed a significant operational function or business unit with P&L responsibility.
- Initiated and led major internal improvement initiatives within their previous role.
