- Deep understanding of specific operational processes, hands-on experience with WFM tools (forecasting, scheduling), real-time performance monitoring, basic data analysis for operational insights.

- Has a strong understanding of how operational decisions impact KPIs.
- Can identify and explain performance trends in their area.
- Has experience using data to justify operational changes.
- Shows initiative in seeking out data to solve operational problems.
