- Strong foundational analytical skills, exposure to different business functions, ability to work in a team, and a hunger to learn the specifics of internal consulting.
You're ready to move on when
- Completed rotations in at least two different business areas (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) with an analytical component.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new tools and understand complex business processes.
- Received strong performance reviews from rotation managers, highlighting analytical aptitude and problem-solving.
- Contributed to at least one significant data-driven project or initiative during your scheme.

2-4 years in a similar industry or functionSkills to master
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau), experience with diverse datasets, and a desire to move into a more consultative, problem-solving role.

- Managed end-to-end reporting and analysis for a specific business unit or function.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that led to measurable business improvements.
- Experience presenting data and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio or examples of dashboards/reports you've built that demonstrate your technical and visualisation skills.
