- Strong communication skills for translating technical data into business insights.

- Deep knowledge of various reporting frameworks, experience in materiality assessments, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients and data sets.

- Experience managing multiple client engagements in sustainability reporting or strategy.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with a wide range of industry best practices and regulatory landscapes.
- Ability to adapt consulting frameworks to an in-house operational context.
