- Proactively identifies and resolves complex operational issues without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential and a desire to take on more strategic responsibilities.

Logistics Analyst / Operations Planner
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep dive into data analysis, building complex models for capacity planning, scenario modelling, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to use data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) to derive actionable insights.
- Has designed and implemented at least one significant process improvement based on data analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of the financial impact of logistics decisions.

- Direct management of drivers, fleet maintenance scheduling, compliance with transport regulations, and managing driver performance and welfare.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of drivers effectively.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules, H&S, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of improving driver retention or reducing incidents.
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills, especially with frontline staff.
