- Managing NCRs/CAPAs, performing basic data analysis, facilitating small-scale improvements, understanding core QMS functionality.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully closed 10+ complex CAPAs, demonstrating strong root cause analysis.
- Consistently identified and implemented process improvements that reduced defects by at least 5%.
- Actively sought out opportunities to mentor new team members or lead small internal workshops.
- Demonstrated a strong understanding of our QMS and ERP quality modules, becoming a go-to person for routine queries.

Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Process optimisation, equipment validation, industrial engineering principles, understanding production bottlenecks, project management.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully designed and implemented 2-3 new manufacturing processes or significant process improvements.
- Demonstrated a strong focus on quality in their engineering work, proactively designing out defects.
- Has a solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis applied to manufacturing.
- Has actively collaborated with the Quality team on improvement initiatives.

Supplier Quality Engineer
4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Supplier auditing, managing supplier corrective actions, incoming material inspection, supply chain risk management.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully resolved 5+ critical supplier quality issues, preventing production disruptions.
- Conducted multiple supplier audits, identifying and driving significant improvements.
- Developed and implemented effective incoming inspection plans for critical components.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and influence skills with external partners.
