- Organisational skills, managing multiple small tasks, dealing with internal stakeholders, basic record keeping.

- Experience managing paperwork and digital files efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different departments.

Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Coordinator

- Understanding of shipment processes, inventory management basics, working with physical goods and documentation.

- Familiarity with shipping documents like packing lists and bills of lading.
- Understanding of the physical flow of goods in a warehouse.
- Experience with basic logistics software or tracking systems.
