You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate contract data in the CLM.
- Proactive in tracking renewal dates and flagging issues.
- Positive feedback from site managers on responsiveness and support.
- Can independently manage routine vendor queries and minor disputes.

Procurement Assistant / Buyer
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the full procure-to-pay cycle, basic negotiation tactics, supplier relationship management, and category spend analysis. You'd know how to get a good deal and manage supplier performance.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to conduct basic commercial negotiations.
- Experience with ERP/P2P systems for PO creation and invoice matching.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong understanding of supplier onboarding and performance tracking.
