3-7 years as COOSkills to master
- Broad operational P&L responsibility, covering not just supply chain/manufacturing but also potentially customer service, IT operations, and other core business functions. Experience directly reporting to a CEO and working closely with a Board. Demonstrated ability to scale operations during rapid growth.
