- Consistently schedules content without errors.
- Can draft basic, on-brand responses that need minimal editing.
- Proactively flags important online conversations.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of our current social media tools.

Self-Taught / Personal Brand Management
1-2 years (of active, consistent management)Skills to master
- Content creation (visuals, copy), audience engagement, basic analytics interpretation, understanding platform algorithms.
You're ready to move on when
- Can show a portfolio of social media content they've created and managed.
- Demonstrates an understanding of how to grow an audience and drive engagement.
- Is familiar with at least one social media management tool (even if it's a free one).
- Can articulate lessons learned from their own social media experiments.
