5-7 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Developing creative concepts for major brands, leading large-scale campaign execution, client management (if agency side), building strong creative portfolios, mentoring other art directors.

- Led creative direction for multiple award-winning or highly successful campaigns.
- Managed creative teams of 5-10+ on complex projects.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution across diverse channels.
- Proven ability to translate complex briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Experience presenting and selling creative concepts to C-suite clients/stakeholders.

4-6 years in previous roleSkills to master

- Accountable for a significant marketing budget (£1M+).
